Course Description

本科於必修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生壘球運動基本概念之認識,並作為其終生體育運動項目。本科之內容包括:壘球運動的基本規則和要求、壘球基本進攻技術運用、壘球基本防守技術運用、正確地使用壘球器材、壘球基本進攻和防守戰術和培養參與終身運動的正面態度和價值觀等。

  2. 基本傳球技術之介紹肩上傳球、側臂傳球及低手傳球
  3. 基本接球技術之介紹滾地球及高飛球
  4. 捕手及投手的傳接球練習
  5. 擊球及觸擊球之動作介紹
  6. 跑壘技術之介紹
  7. 壘球進攻及防守技術之介紹及練習
  8. 壘球比賽規則及隊伍組織之介紹

  8. 單打及雙打比賽球例介紹及計分法
  9. 單打及雙打比賽實戰及戰術

Course Description

本科於必修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生對瑜伽運動之認識,學習基礎瑜伽式子;並希望透過修習瑜伽,讓學生體驗身心健康與健康人生的概念:除了體能上包括柔軟度及肌力得到鍛鍊外,同學亦學會放鬆、舒緩緊張的情緒。再者,瑜伽更可成為同學於日後持續運動的活動之一。本科之內容包括:基礎瑜伽式子、了解修習瑜伽之好處、瑜伽有關之體適能及參與運動的正面態度及價值觀等。
