Course Description
本科於必修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生對體能鍛鍊基本概念之認識,並作為其終生體力活動項目。本科之內容包括:體適能基本概念、運動安全知識、運用健身室設備之基本技術、運動處方之基本原則、體適能測試之基本知識及技巧、選擇適合自己運動模式及設計體適能計劃之基本知識、培養參與終身體力活動的正面態度和價值觀等。
