Course Description

本科於修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生對體能鍛鍊基本概念之認識,並作為其終生體力活動項目。本科之內容包括:體適能基本概念運動安全知識運用健身室設備之基本技術運動處方之基本體適能測試之基本知識及技巧、選擇適合自己運動模式及設計體適能計劃基本知識、培養參與終身體力活動的正面態度和價值觀等。

  2. 熱身運動介紹及身體各主要肌群伸展之介紹及練習
  3. 有氧運動介紹及鍛鍊方法
  4. 緩步跑及緩和運動之介紹和練習
  5. 健身室安全使用守則之介紹
  6. 健身室器械之介紹和實習
  7. 解釋身體肥瘦組合及體重控制的概念
  8. 間歇訓練、高強度間歇訓練及循環訓練原理之介紹及實習
  9. 介紹心肺耐力及肌肉適能的運動處方
  10. 運動創傷預防及處理、恢復方法
  11. 競技運動體適能介紹和練習
  12. 「終生運動」概念的介紹及個人運動處方的安排和實踐

Course Description

本科於必修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生對游泳運動常識之認識,並作為其體育運動項目之選擇。本科之內容包括:自由泳及蛙泳技術、水上安全知識及游泳比賽基本規則、培養參與終身運動的正面態度和價值觀等。

  2. 游泳安全及個人衛生
  3. 比賽常規
  4. 自由泳之基本動作手腳、腿部動作、手腳協調動作及與呼吸之配合
  5. 蛙泳之基本動作手腳、腿部動作、手腳協調動作及與呼吸之配合
  6. 踩水之基本動作

Course Description

本科於必修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生對田徑運動的基本認識,培養學生對田徑運動的興趣,養成自覺鍛鍊的習慣,並作為終生運動打下良好基礎。本科之內容包括﹕跑項、跳項及擲項的不同技巧、姿勢和規則、培養參與終身運動的正面態度和價值觀等。

  1. 基本運動知識及田徑運動安全守則
  2. 短跑基本技巧起跑、中途跑及最後衝刺之技巧
  3. 沿球基本技巧正向原地推球、側向原地推球及背向原地推球
  4. 跳遠基本技巧助跑、騰空動作及落地方法
  5. 標槍基本技巧握槍、持槍方法及最後出槍動作
  6. 跳高及跨欄介紹及練習

本科於必修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生之基本籃球技術,並作為終生體育運動項目。本科之內容包括:步法、傳球、運球、投籃、防守技術、戰術及規則、培養參與終身運動的正面態度和價值觀等。

  1. 籃球簡史、球場及球具之介紹
  2. 籃球步法、球感練習及各種傳接球技術
  3. 運球(高運球、低運球、體前變向運球)
  4. 原地及跳起投籃(單手及雙手)
  5. 運球上籃技術(單手低手及單手肩上)
  6. 搶位及籃板球技術
  7. 底位球員動作介紹及練習
  8. 基礎戰術配合傳切配合、突分配合、掩護配合及策應配合
  9. 基礎防守配合挤過、穿過、繞過配合、關門、夾擊及補防
  10. 球例、基本球証手號及球証裁判法之介紹
