Course Description

本科於選修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生對單車運動之認識,學習單車基本知識和基礎技術。學習單車可以幫助學生鍛煉協調性,達到強身健體的目的。此外,本課程將鼓勵學生終身參與單車運動。

課程內容包括: 1) 單車運動的基本技術,包括單車控制、操縱、轉彎、變速、上斜及下斜坡; 2) 單車運動的裝備; 3)安全進行單車運動 4) 單車體能訓練
