Course Description

本科於修體育課程範疇內開設,其目的旨在增進學生對體能鍛鍊基本概念之認識,並作為其終生體力活動項目。本科之內容包括:體適能基本概念運動安全知識運用健身室設備之基本技術運動處方之基本體適能測試之基本知識及技巧、選擇適合自己運動模式及設計體適能計劃基本知識、培養參與終身體力活動的正面態度和價值觀等。

  1. 說明健康體適能的意義及功效
  2. 熱身運動介紹及身體各主要肌群伸展之介紹及練習
  3. 有氧運動介紹及鍛鍊方法
  4. 緩步跑及緩和運動之介紹和練習
  5. 健身室安全使用守則之介紹
  6. 健身室器械之介紹和實習
  7. 解釋身體肥瘦組合及體重控制的概念
  8. 間歇訓練、高強度間歇訓練及循環訓練原理之介紹及實習
  9. 介紹心肺耐力及肌肉適能的運動處方
  10. 運動創傷預防及處理、恢復方法
  11. 競技運動體適能介紹和練習
  12. 「終生運動」概念的介紹及個人運動處方的安排和實踐

Assessment

Physical Skill Tests 60% (Login to access the course note, exam standard and video demonstration)

Written Examination 20%
