大型心肺復甦法訓練 2025
大學醫務處、體育部及香港紅十字會過往多次合辦 「大型心肺復甦法訓練」,活動一直得到師生們熱烈支持及參與。 有見及此,此項有意義的活動將再次舉辦,讓更多教職員及學生認識「救心大法」。 活動費用全免,參加者將獲發參與證書,而必修或選修體育科之學生可於完成訓練後獲得課外活動參與分 (4 分)。

樂步行2025
樂步行2025將於3月7日(星期五)上午舉行,活動以推廣校園步行文化、鼓勵運動及低碳生活為目標。起步禮設於大學站廣場,步行路線以新亞書院為終點站,全程約30分鐘。沿途景色優美,而必修或選修體育科之學生可於完成活動後獲得課外活動參與分 (4分)。
