Booking by Internal University Groups
- For groups wishing to apply to use sports facilities for on-campus activities, please complete the Venue Booking Application Form and submit it, together with details and rundown of the activity, to the relevant Sports Facilities Management Office at least one week prior to the booking date.
- The application form is available at the University Sports Centre or can be downloaded online.
- To ensure fair allocation, each group may book the same venue up to three times per semester.
- For public events, a separate application must be submitted via email to the Physical Education Unit: peunit@cuhk.edu.hk.

Key Rules
- Applicants must collect a Venue Permit before the booking date and present it when using the venue.
- Users must arrive on time; bookings will be cancelled if not used within 15 minutes.
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
- Bookings are non-transferable.
- Facilities may be closed due to adverse weather or safety reasons.
- Users must comply with facility regulations.

Key Rules
- Users may book one session per day and up to two sessions per week for the same
venue. - Payment can be made online by credit card or in person before booking time.
- External users must pay a guest surcharge at the management office.

- Hirers must check in at the sports venue management office at the scheduled time before using the facility; failure to claim the venue within fifteen minutes of the scheduled time will result in the cancellation of usage rights. PEU reserves the right to reassign the venue to other parties. A single instance of failure to claim the venue may result in the suspension of usage rights for two weeks.
- Bookings are non-transferable.
- Cancellations must be made via the online booking system at least 24 hours in advance via the Online Booking System. Paid bookings are non-refundable.
- Changes or cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, and fees will not be refunded.
- In the event of adverse weather or safety concerns, the PE Unit may close facilities. Users may reschedule once within two months from the original booking date; however, fees are non-refundable.
- All users must comply with facility regulations. Failure to do so may result in suspension of usage privileges.
