Bodybuilding (Classic Physique Category) Silver Medalist of the 2026 Hong Kong University Bodybuilding Championship (HKUBC) organized by the Hong Kong University Bodybuilding Alliance (HKUBA). Current posts: Head coach of physical conditioning of CUHK, lecturer/instructor of required and elective physical education courses (Physical Conditioning, Swimming, Basketball and Soccer), team manager of CUHK men’s water polo team and men’s & women’s fencing team, and swimming coach of Shaw College swimming team. Past experiences: Postdoctoral fellow and part-time lecturer of the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education of CUHK.
