Past Experiences: Chairman of Secondary School PE Panel, Instructor and programme designer of Alternative Sports (Department of Sports Science and Physical Education, CUHK), Teacher Development Consultant of Centre for Learning-study And School Partnership (HKIED), Rope Skipping Conductor of Hong Kong College of Cardiology (Jump Rope for Heart). Captain of Hong Kong Adventure Corp. (HKAC), Instructor of Abseiling and obstacle course (HKAC). Instructor of Hong Kong Swimming Teachers' Association. 教育碩士、教育文憑、教育學士(香港中文大學)。曾擔任中學體育科主任；香港中文大學體育運動科學系學校另類運動課程設計及任教；香港教育學院院校協作與課堂學習研究中心專業發展顧問老師；香港心臟專科學院(跳繩強心)跳繩導師。現為香港少年領袖團上尉及該營地註場游繩下降及障礙訓練導師；香港游泳教師總會教練。現任香港中文大學活木球隊教練、聯合書院籃球隊及乒乓球隊教練；任教體育必修課程。
